Investment Approach

Farpoint Capital makes direct investments in the debt and equity of private companies typically alongside other high quality private equity investors. In addition to private equity, our flexible investment approach allows us to invest in a wide range of opportunities including special situations, distressed debt, and public equities. Our unique experience as both an investment manager and senior manager of operating companies, has given us a unique perspective into what drives value in companies. Specifically, our experience enables us to avoid investments that will eventually underperform, and in turn to identify and invest in opportunities that will meet or exceed projections. Our unique experience in both the operating and investment industries is what differentiates us from most other alternative investment firms.
